To order publications you must provide enough information to allow the order to be shipped and tracked through the United States Postal Service or a small package delivery services. We store this information in ordering system and a Customer Relationship Management system.

To download pdfs or flipbooks we require an email address, first name, last name, agency/company, and state. We store this information and your contact preference, in order to provide additional information in an automated way. We store this information in a way that you can update your contact preferences at any time. If we send you an email or an invitation to training, the email may contain a small gif that allows us to determine if you have opened the email or links with a code to allow us to know if they were used. We store this information in a Customer Relationship Management system to create individual profiles to enhance our communication and service efforts.

Site Security

For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, this government computer system may use commercial software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.
